Our care is determined by your dental needs and, our team will thoroughly and carefully evaluate your condition and work together to create a customized plan to meet your goals. This approach makes your experience less complicated, so you can focus on the dental care needed.

As a courtesy, our team will bill your PPO Primary and PPO Secondary dental insurance, with the given insurance information provided by the patient.  We are in network with Delta Dental Premier only. We are unable to bill HMO plans. Each dental insurance policy is different. Please contact your dental insurance company for benefit-specific information such as dental fee schedule and allowances.

Insurance Policy - Insurance Benefits are determined by your employer and not your dentist.  Any deductible, or the amount not covered by your insurance, will be due at the time of treatment.  Insurance is not a guarantee of payment; in some plans insurance companies may not pay for all of your dental costs incurred.  Your insurance policy is a contract between you and your employer.  Your insurance and payment are still your responsibility.  As a courtesy, we will be glad to file your claim for you if you bring all required insurance and employer information.  You will be expected to pay for services rendered if the office is unable to verify your insurance information before treatment.  If payment for services already rendered has not been paid in full within 45 days, either by you or your insurance company, the remaining balance for treatment is considered due and collectible.
